Tempus Global Group provides an overview of benefits and human capital in Mozambique using data from over 250 companies

In an environment of innovation and knowledge sharing, Tempus Global Group presented, on November 27th in Maputo, the results of the 5th edition of the National Survey of Benefits and Human Capital Management, consolidating its role as the leading reference in the sector in Mozambique.

Maintaining its position as the most comprehensive and credible study dedicated to human resource management practices, this edition included the participation of over 250 companies. A significant finding reveals the growing participation of large organizations: 44% of those surveyed have more than 100 employees, an increase of 13 percentage points compared to 2020. This growth reinforces the importance of the research as a strategic tool for informed decisions about human capital.

Focused on the Employee Value Proposition, the analysis identifies the dimensions that influence the attraction and retention of talent. Health insurance remains the most prevalent benefit, present in 80% of companies. However, financial protection solutions are gaining strength: 38% of organizations plan to implement life insurance and 39% are considering pension plans. In parallel, corporate well-being initiatives continue to expand, already adopted by 59% of companies. However, in the digital field, only 10% have integrated Artificial Intelligence into Human Resources, signaling a vast untapped potential.

The presentation of the results, sponsored by Hollard Seguros (Platinum Sponsor) and Sanlam Moçambique Vida (Gold Sponsor), adopted an innovative format: an executive cocktail party for networking and strategic reflection among more than 100 leaders and experts. A highlight of the event was an immersive workshop on burnout, led by Hollard Seguros, which practically demonstrated the impact of occupational stress on performance and productivity, emphasizing the importance of well-being for competitiveness.

During the meeting, Tempus Global Group also announced Salus, its new integrated platform that brings together EAP (Employee Assistance Program) solutions, crisis support, career counseling, and wellness services in a single ecosystem. The solution, which will be available soon, promises to redefine employee support, helping companies take solid steps towards achieving Elite Employer status.

With this comprehensive and data-driven approach, Tempus Global Group reaffirms its commitment to supporting the transformation of Mozambican companies, promoting more competitive and healthy corporate environments that are aligned with the expectations of the country's professionals.
