XII National Culture Festival

President Daniel Chapo today presided over the opening of the 12th Culture Festival in Tete province, where all the country's provinces are represented. In his speech, he advanced the ideas of Samora Machel, the first president of independent Mozambique, and considered that Culture acts as an instrument of brotherhood and unity among Mozambicans. The event takes placeunder the motto “50 Years Consolidating National Unity and Peace Through Culture”.
