
The Vista Alegre Group recorded a consolidated turnover of €144.3 million in 2025, representing a growth of 5.5% compared to the previous year, a performance driven mainly by international markets.
Exports have once again become a key player in the Group's activity, representing 71% of total turnover and registering growth of 8.3%, which reinforces the brand's internationalization strategy.
The positive performance was across the main business segments, with stoneware standing out, growing by 11.4% and reaching €62.9 million. Porcelain and earthenware also evolved favorably, with increases of 4.9% and 3.4%, respectively.
The crystal and glass segment, however, registered a slight contraction, reflecting the slowdown in the international premium beverage market.
In terms of profitability, EBITDA reached €27.7 million, corresponding to a growth of 1% and a margin of 19.2%, in a context marked by increased energy costs, namely gas and electricity.
Net income reached 4.7 million euros, representing a 4% increase compared to 2024.
In parallel, the Group strengthened its financial position, with a reduction in consolidated net debt of approximately 5 million euros and an improvement in the net debt/EBITDA ratio to 2.4x.
Vista Alegre's performance reflects the resilience of its business model and its ability to adapt to a demanding international context, while maintaining a strategy focused on foreign markets and value-added segments.
In a context of growing economic dynamism in Africa, including markets such as Mozambique, the Group identifies opportunities associated with the expansion of the tourism, hospitality and premium consumer sectors, areas where the brand has been consolidating its international presence.
In Mozambique, Vista Alegre has a presence in Maputo through various retail outlets, reinforcing its proximity to the local market.
The evolution of Vista Alegre fits into the strategy of the Visabeira Group, which has been strengthening its presence in international markets, including the African continent, focusing on key sectors and the development of brands with global reach.
