“VIBRATIONS OF HOPE” RETURNS FOR ITS 3RD EDITION WITH A CHARITY CONCERT AT THE MOZAMBICAN MUSICIANS ASSOCIATION

Mozambican musician Arnaldo Manhiça will hold the third edition of the benefit concert "Vibrations of Hope" on Saturday, May 16th, starting at 6 PM, at the Mozambican Musicians Association. This cultural and solidarity initiative aims to collect school supplies to support children and families in situations of social vulnerability.

In this edition, the show will bring together musicians Hélio Beatz, Roberto Chitsondzo, Natual Macuácua, and Xavier Machiana on the same stage, in an artistic encounter marked by music, solidarity, and social commitment.

The concert's main objective is to collect school supplies that will later be donated to underprivileged children and families, contributing to the strengthening of the teaching and learning process, especially for students who face difficulties in accessing basic educational resources.

To attend the show, the public must donate at least a school kit consisting of five notebooks and five pens. All materials collected in this edition will benefit the Calanga Primary School, in the Manhiça district.

The initiative follows the positive impact achieved in the first two editions of "Vibrations of Hope". After the previously held benefit concerts, Arnaldo Manhiça delivered the collected school supplies to students at the 19th of October Basic School, on the outskirts of Maputo City.

On that occasion, dozens of students received notebooks, compasses, backpacks and various school supplies, in a solidarity action that had the support of artists such as Daniel Joshua, Fernando Luís, A Tchakaz, Rock Manuel, Dudas Aled and Mister Avalanche.

Recognized as the winner of the Best Male Voice Award at Ngoma 2025, Arnaldo Manhiça has been standing out not only for his artistic career, but also for his involvement in social impact initiatives. Last year, the musician released the album "Pfula Mbilo" ("Open Your Heart," in Xichangana), reinforcing a message of empathy, unity, love for others, and hope through music.

With the third edition of "Vibrations of Hope," the artist intends to continue mobilizing society around the importance of education and solidarity, demonstrating that culture can also be an instrument of social transformation.
