President Daniel Chapo is received by the King of the Belgians in Brussels

On the second day of his official visit to Belgium, the President of the Republic, Daniel Chapo, was received in audience by King Philippe Léopold Louis Marie. After a first day focused on dialogue with Mozambicans in the diaspora, President Daniel Chapo's agenda in Belgium shifted to the diplomatic arena. This afternoon, the statesman held a courtesy meeting with the King of the Belgians, Philippe Léopold Louis Marie, who has occupied the throne since July 2013, when he succeeded his father, King Albert II, who abdicated due to illness.
