For the fourth consecutive year, Moza Banco was distinguished as one of the best organizations to work for in Mozambique, being included in the top 10 of the 4th edition of Elite Employer, promoted by Tempus Global Group.
In total, Tempus Global recognized 36 companies that have proven themselves to be exemplary in the consumer, banking, energy and services sectors, highlighting their good practices in people management.
Moza Banco was distinguished for its commitment to creating a healthy, inclusive and motivating work environment, aligned with the five fundamental pillars evaluated, namely: compensation and benefits, work environment, career progression, organizational culture and work-life balance.
According to the Chairman of Moza's Executive Committee, Manuel Soares, "the distinction reinforces the Bank's position as an institution that invests in the well-being and development of its employees, contributing to internal growth, as well as to the country's socioeconomic progress".
Moza Banco has been consolidating itself as a reference in the Mozambican financial sector, not only for its financial solidity, but also for its organizational culture that values people.
Moza's recognition is made as a result of the 2024 National Survey of Benefits and Human Capital Management, which is the largest study of its kind in Mozambique, with the involvement of more than 250 organizations from the public, private and international cooperation sectors.
For Moza, this distinction is in line with its strategy of collaboration and belonging, based on one of the Bank's main values, which is "Winning Together", through which the Bank seeks to grow organically, valuing human capital and its customers, these being the main reason for Moza's existence.
