
Tempus Global Group celebrates its 5th edition with a universal audit, the launch of a new employee support program, and an inspiring evening at the Indy Village Hotel.
Maputo, May 18, 2026- The Gala of the 5th edition of Elite Employer, promoted by Tempus Global Group, recognized, on Thursday, May 14th, at the Indy Village Hotel in Maputo, the organizations that stood out the most for excellence in valuing their human capital.
The event brought together guests, including CEOs, human resources executives, institutional partners, and representatives from public, private, and international entities, in a celebration of leadership by example in the world of work in Mozambique.
The evening was also marked by the official launch of the Employee Assistance Program – a new initiative from Tempus Global Group aimed at supporting employees of partner organizations in areas that go beyond traditional compensation and benefits. The program was presented to guests during the gala, opening a new front in the commitment to the overall well-being of employees in Mozambique.
One of the highlights of the evening was the intervention of Alima Hussein Sauji, the special guest of this edition. In an open and inspiring sharing, Alima recounted her professional trajectory and highlighted the evolution of the job market in Mozambique, the expansion of opportunities available to those who dare to follow their dreams, and the crucial role that organizations play in building these trajectories. Her message deeply resonated with the audience, reinforcing the spirit of the evening: that people are, above all, the most valuable asset of any organization.
The 36 award-winning organizations were recognized for their investment in human capital and evaluated based on five fundamental pillars: compensation and benefits, work environment, career progression, organizational culture, and work-life balance.

The Top 10 of the 2026 edition was led by COCA COLA SABCO MOÇAMBIQUE, followed by DP World Maputo, Heineken Mozambique, MOZA BANCO, SA, Cervejas de Moçambique, Porto de Maputo, SASOL PETROLEUM TEMANE, Standard Bank SA, Vivo Energy Mozambique and Vodacom Mozambique SA.
The 2026 edition was supported by Hollard, a strategic partner of Tempus Global Group and sponsor of this gala, which shares the same vision for the future of work in Mozambique.
