Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) Mozambique has been recognized for the fourth consecutive year as an Employer of Excellence by Tempus Global Group, the local representative of Alexander Forbes in Mozambique. This distinction highlights the company’s commitment to valuing its employees and developing a strong organizational culture, developed over the 31 years it has been present in Mozambique.
The recognition is based on measurable data collected in the National Survey on Employee Benefits and Human Capital Management, which included a sample of approximately 250 organizations. This year, the assessment included a rigorous audit process designed to assess the implementation of concrete programs and practices in each of the five key pillars of the Employee Value Proposition, which include: compensation and benefits, career development, work environment, organizational culture, and work-life balance.
Issues such as the provision of health insurance, training opportunities, anonymous reporting channels, inclusion programmes and wellbeing initiatives were analysed in detail.
