
“From the Sea to the Kitchen – Recipes from Mozambican Gastronomy”, a work that captures the authenticity and flavors of the sea, will be presented to the public this Thursday, February 12th, at 4:30 PM, at XHUB – Incubator of Cultural and Creative Businesses, in Maputo.
The book, authored by Chef Bruno, brings together a collection of recipes that highlight the richness of seafood, shellfish, and traditional coastal dishes.
