Alert in Tete: Poultry farmers accused of using antiretroviral drugs to fatten chickens

In the province of Tete, there are reports that some poultry farmers are using antiretroviral drugs to accelerate the growth of chickens, replacing conventional vitamin supplements. The Minister of Health has informed that a multi-sectoral team has already been activated to investigate the case.
